Jacolyn Inman Snoddy Inman Snoddy of Huntsville, AL went to be with the Lord on May 20, 2021 at the age of 84. She was born in 1936 and spent her childhood days in Docena, Alabama. Jacolyn lived in Hoover, AL for 46 years and then Huntsville for 16 years.

Jacolyn graduated from Ensley High School and then attended the University of Montevallo, where she earned a degree in business administration and received numerous awards and honors. She married Myron Snoddy in 1963 and lovingly served her family.

Jacolyn was characterized by her deep love for the Lord Jesus Christ. She had a passion for studying and teaching God’s Word. As she grew older Jacolyn actively encouraged and discipled younger ladies. Jacolyn was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama for a number of years.

She was predeceased by her parents David Richard and Ella Mae Inman and her brother Richard (Dick) Inman. Survivors include her two sons, Myron Thomas (wife Anne) of Huntsville and Jeffrey Harrison (wife Katie) of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah Katherine (husband Tim), Thomas Jay, Timothy, and Jeffrey; two sisters, Mary Ann Clayton, Joyce Cuchens (husband Jim); and nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be from 10:30am to 11:30am on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Mount Zion Baptist Church (228 Mount Zion Road, Huntsville, AL 35806). The funeral service will follow at 11:30am. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens. Laughlin Service Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
