Kathy Ann Hinshaw Green, age 61 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday April 7, 2021 at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville. She was born in Blue Island, IL on August 31, 1959, to the late, William Cecil and Doris Kathleen Oliver Hinshaw. She was employed for many years at Frito Lay in Fayetteville. She loved to spend time cooking for her family and friends whom she loved dearly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Chad Green; brothers, Leonard Hardin, and James Phillip Hardin. She is survived by her son, Christopher Green of Winchester; brother, Dewey R. Hinshaw of Winchester; sister, Marie (Michael) McDermott of Lowell, IN; grandchildren, Axyl Green of Huntland, TN, Rylan, Jillyn; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be from 1:00 -2:30 P.M. on Friday, April, 9, 2021 at Moore-Cortner funeral home. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Maxwell Cemetery in Belvidere with Scot Bradford officiating.
