Mr. Ricky Delaine Perkins of Joppa, Alabama; passed away on Wecnesday – March 17, 2021 at the age of 62 years.
Mr. Perkins was born on December 29, 1958 to Edward Perkins, Jr. and Judith Ann Graham Perkins. He worked as a T.V. Technician at Rick’s T.V. Mr. Perkins loved the beach, fishing, Alabama football, and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. What he loved most was spending time with his family. Mr. Perkins was a member of the Joppa Church of God.
Mr. Perkins will be forever remembered by his parents Jr. and Judy Perkins; daughter, Nicholette Brown (Gabe); sisters, Tamera “T.T.” Williamson (Jan), Nealla Goble (Rodney), Latrice “Tweety” Thompson (Alton “Chico”); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Perkins is preceded in death by his son, Ricky Delaine Perkins, Jr.
A visitation will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Saturday – March 20, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Saturday – March 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Lynn “Bud” Perkins, officiating.
Interment will follow service immediately at the Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. Perkins to his final resting place will be: Jullian Gaghon, Zach Watson, Jamie Bryant, Seth Thompson, Robbie Boyles and Mandsel Freeman.
