Harold Lee Wilbur Sr., age 93, of Greenbrier passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Austin & Bell funeral home Greenbrier. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with family & friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, March 11 and 10am until time of service at the funeral home on Friday.
He was born in Nashville, TN on June 29, 1927 to the late Walter Lee and Ruth Jarrett Wilbur. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jeannette June Gay Wilbur; brothers Frank Wilbur and Jack Wilbur.
He was a Master Electrician and worked for C.O. Christian & Son Electrical Company. He was a Veteran of the US Army. He loved his family very much and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and growing his vegetable garden.
He is survived by Children, Harold Lee Wilbur, Jr. of Madison, TN, Charles (Sherry) Wilbur of Greenbrier, TN, Alice (David) Fuqua of Springfield, TN; sister, Ruth Gay of Greenbrier, TN; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
