Mr. Ervin Lee Lamm, age 56, of Arab, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
Mr. Lamm was born on May 4, 1964 in Frederick, Maryland, to Millard Eugene Lamm and Betty Jean Newman Dawson.
Mr. Lamm is survived by his wife; Darinda Lamm; son, Taylor Lamm; daughter, Haleigh Brooke Lamm; mother, Betty Jean Dawson; brothers, Roger Eugene Lamm (Debbie), Michael Wayne Lamm, Stanley Wade Lamm (Diane); sister, Vivanta Faye Hose; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Lamm is preceded in death by his father, Millard Eugene Lamm and step father, John Dawson.
Mr. Lamm was a Rock Crusher for C.A. Langford, Inc. in Guntersville and was a very valued employee by the company and his coworkers. When not working, he loved spending time outdoors. He spent time working in his yard, planting flowers, and working in his garden. He had fish ponds in his yard and aquariums in his house. He also enjoyed camping and kayaking. Mr. Lamm was a member of Liberty Church in Arab.
A Visitation will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Wednesday afternoon, March 10, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Service will take place at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Brother Keith Hodges and Brother Rick Laster officiating.
Interment will follow service immediately at the Arab Memorial Cemetery.
