Mr. Bloyce Wayne Horn, age 79 of Talladega, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at his home. Born in Clay County, Bloyce graduated from Clay County High school in 1959. He worked in Atlanta, GA at a printing company where he worked as a type setter and printer. Bloyce spent most of his life living in parts of Georgia and Alabama, before returning to Clay County. He was a big Alabama and Atlanta Falcons fan, and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Bloyce was interested in politics and drawing mustang cars, and used to have a 64’ Mustang that he adored. He was a member of Clairmont Springs Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Gregory O’Neal Horn of Georgia, three brothers: Jerry Horn (Pat) of Talladega, Carey Horn (Linda) of Cropwell and George Horn of Oxford, four nieces, four nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wyatt and Annie Pearl Horn.
Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of the arrangements.
