Age 68 of Cottontown, TN, formerly of Michigan, passed away Suuday, February 21, 2021 at his daughter’s home. He was born November 26, 1952 in Detroit, MI to Anthony Ira & Doris Keeney Day. He worked as a maintenance supervisor for Taylor Building Products before his retirement. He was an avid golfer and he enjoyed listening to Classic Rock music and loved spending time with his family and friends. He also loved attending the annual CMA Festival and had become a lover of Country music as well. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Katrina (Richard Kevin, Jr.) Doty, Cottontown, TN; brother, Lenny (Marilyn) Day, Detroit, MI; sisters, Diane (Jim) Schmitt, West Branch, MI and Penny (Rick) Fuerst, Prescott, MI; 2 grandchildren, Olivia and Ava. Funeral services will be handled by Buresch-Bennett Funeral Home 101 East Harrison Street Prescott, MI 48756 Interment will be in Clayton Township Cemetery in Sterling MI.
