FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Clifton Bernard Rowell (09/27/1981) and Jahleal Doshea Jarmon (09/28/1988). Both have an indictment from the Lauderdale County Grand Jury for Murder and Burglary in the first degree. The indictments
stem from the death of Reginald Jackie Watkins II on February 26, 2020.
It is believed that both could still be in the Shoals and both should
be considered armed and dangerous. If you or anyone you know has any information that can assist with locating Mr. Rowell or Mr. Jarmon, please contact the Florence Police Department, Shoals Area Crime Stoppers or FPD Text-A-Tip.
