Lanny Ford, 63, Leighton, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021. There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31, at C. T. Manley Stadium, Leighton.
Lanny was a Postmaster with the United States Postal Service and served in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, L. A. and Helen Ford.
Lanny is survived by his wife, Donna Renai Sills-Ford; son, Greg A. Ford (Amy); sisters, Linda Craft and Lydia Morris; grandchildren, Blayne, Hugh, and Rilan Ford, and Taylor and Haley Flanagan; nephews, Chris and Leigh; and nieces, Lynsee and Beth.
Memorial donations may be made to P. A. W. S. or the Colbert County Humane Society.
