William “Larry” King, 77, of Guntersville, Alabama, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center North. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Larry was born in Guntersville, Alabama on July 5, 1943 to Elmer Ellis and Maggie Camilla (Kennamer) King. He and his wife have owned and operated King Farms in the Red Hill community since 1983. He loved farming and watching and attending Alabama football games.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Tipton King, his daughter, Bonnie King Thompson, three grandchildren; Michael William Thompson, Maggie Kay Thompson and Mac Ellis Thompson. He is also survived by three sisters; Betty Ann Camp, Brenda Chandler and Debbie Brown and a brother Elmer Ellis (Jo) King, Jr all of Guntersville, AL.
His family would like to thank all friends and family for their love, support and prayers during this most difficult time.
