Glynn Douglas Brewer, Sr., age 90 of Graysville, passed away on Sunday January 24, 2021 at his residence.
Mr. Brewer was U.S. Army veteran, where he served in the Korean War. He was employed at Hayes Aircraft, Redstone Arsenal, and owned his own business until his retirement.
A lifetime resident of Graysville, he was a Shriner and a member of Brookside Masonic Lodge # 552 F&AM.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Evie Brewer.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Brewer; son, Glynn Douglas Brewer, Jr.; daughter, Beverly Creel; brother, John Brewer and wife Cherry; loving grandchildren, Gina and Nicole; loving great grandchildren, Hailey, Corey, Eli, Sara, Malorie and Emily Beth and several loving nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to send their thanks to the staff of Hope Hospice and nurses, Tikia and Christine.
Cremation services are being provided. The family will plan a memorial service at a later time.
