James Hulin Kelley, age 87 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Winchester. A native of Winchester, James was born on June 10, 1933 to the late Boss and Alice Bradford Kelley. He worked as a self employed drywall professional until his retirement in the 1980’s, but continued using his skills to help his family long after. He attended the New Life United Pentecostal Church in Normandy. James loved to play his guitar and sing “Little Ducky Duddle” and “Chocolate Ice Cream Cone” for his children, and eventually his grandchildren. In his free time he loved to go bowling, watch westerns, and eat double stuffed Oreos. James will always be remembered as being stubborn, but extremely loving and giving family man that would do anything to help anyone. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Elmer Kelley, Billy Kelley; sister, “Sis” Mary Elizabeth Pencas; and granddaughter, Sara Elizabeth Kelley-Partin. He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly June Buckman Kelley of Winchester; children, Thomas Lee (Shelia) Kelley of Winchester, John Hulin (Gaye) Kelley of Estill Springs, David (Mary) Kelley of Tullahoma, Mary Louise (Terry) Moore of Murfreesboro, Deborah Ann (Corey) Driggs of Murfreesboro, Kathy Marie (Darren) Brazier of Winchester, James Hulin (Karen) Kelley Jr. of Tullahoma; grandchildren, Stacie Smith, Samantha Kelley, Sabrina Morris, Blake Kelley, Drew Kelley, Jessica Kelley, DJ Sons, Cassie Allen, Erika Sons, Dylan Sons, Braden Moore, Lauren Moore, Andrew Full, Emily Bain, Abby Full, Ella Driggs, Amanda Coryell, Amber Sharp, Katie Brazier, Molly Brazier, Trey Kelley, Brooklyn Kelley; great-grandchildren, Ethan Eldridge, Evan Eldridge, Chance Kelley, Christian Kelley, Cooper Barnes, Izzy Barnes, Sawyer Morris, Jacob Morris, Madison Smith, Orion Smith. A private family service will be held, with interment following at Owens Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mrs. James Kelley, P.O.
