Gavrila Duka-Kispal, 82, of Decatur, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at his residence. He was born February 6, 1938 in Romania to Gabor Duka-Kispal and Eva Kappel Duka-Kispal. Mr. Duka-Kispal retired from Romanian National Railways, Timis Region. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Duka-Kispal.
