Billy Roy Palmer age 87 of Guin, AL passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at his residence.
Born September 21, 1933 in Guin, AL, he is the Son of the late Roy and Mable Riley Palmer and the Husband of the late Wilma Atkins Palmer. He had lived in Guin all of his life. He was an avid golfer, had retired from the 3M Company, was a Veteran of the Korean War having served in the US Army and was member of the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
He is survived by Two Daughters, Kathy (Hunter) Miles and Kim (Randy) Howe all of Guin, AL, 3 Grandchildren, Courtney Atkinson, Lindsay (Austin) Penny, Whitney (Levi) Hunsinger, and 2 Great Grandchildren, Nash Hunsinger and Liam Atkinson and a Sister Merry Jo Rogers of Guin, AL.
Private Family Services held Saturday, October 3, 2020 with burial in the West Alabama Memorial Gardens. Bro. Greg Rucker, and Bro. Mark Riggs officiating.
