Jeff Cochran was called home on September 2, 2020 at his home in Albertville, AL. His journey began on July 1, 1954. He was a devoted husband, father, and poppy.
He is survived by his children Tyler (Brittany) Cochran, Lindsey Jefferson, Derek (Cherae) Ellsworth; grandchildren Caroline Cochran, Alexis Clines, Anson Ellsworth, Ellie Jefferson and Maren Rae Ellsworth; sister, Linda Lackey, niece, Dawn Horton; and nephew, Michael Lackey. He was preceded in death by parents L.D. and Juanita Cochran and wife Melissa Cochran.
Those that were lucky enough to come into Jeff’s life got to experience the blessing of true acceptance and love. When Jeff loved you, he loved you with everything he had. Everyone was seen as “family” and when you were around him, you felt at home. He will forever be cherished, loved and deeply missed by so many.

Jeff’s Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, September 9 at Lifepoint Church, 700 Motley St. Albertville, AL 35950. Visitation with the family is from 4pm-6pm with the service to follow at 6pm
