LAWRENCE COUNTY-On Sunday, July 12 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle that has taken the life of one person on Saturday, July 11:
“A one-vehicle crash at 2:35 p.m. on Saturday, 7-11-2020, has claimed the life of a Harvest woman.
Virginia Epps, 57-year-old female, was killed when the 2018 Honda Goldwing Motorcycle she was riding, left the roadway and crashed down an embankment. Mrs. Epps was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Lawrence County Coroner’s Office. The driver of the motorcycle, 54-year-old Kenneth Epps, was flown to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.
The crash occurred on AL 33 near the Bankhead Community located in Lawrence County. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
