Private Graveside Service for James Virgil Wise, Sr., age 71, of Cullman, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Simcoe Baptist Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wise passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Cullman Regional. He was born May 12, 1949, to Earl Edwin Wise and Ethel E. Brown.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Danielle Dawn Wise; parents, Earl Edwin Wise and Ethel E. James Brown; grandparents, William O. Batton, Mary Wise Batton, Jim Claus James, and Emilie Morgan James.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria June Wise; sons, James Virgil (Tammy) Wise and William Edwin Wise; grandson, Nathan Virgil Wise; great-grandson, Damien Virgil Wise; stepson, Chuck Denton; and sisters, Earla (Tommy) Harrington and Glenda Morgan.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
