Private Graveside Service for David “Shad” Shadrick Adams, age 48, of Cullman, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at Cullman Heritage Cemetery with Alton “Butch” Shedd officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Adams passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at UAB Hospital . He was born June 28, 1971, to Leonard “Len” and Nikki Pollans.
He was preceded in death by his father, Len Adams, and brother, Lenny Adams.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Adams; daughters,Raven Adams and Mikayla Adams; son, Shadrick Adams; grandson, Bently Adams; mothers, Nikki Pollans and Sheila Adams; brothers, J.J. Adams and Zack Link; and sisters, Beth Adams and Brandie Adams Janssen.
