Carla Cashman Elgin, formerly of Dora, currently residing in Oneonta passed away May 11, 2020. Carla is preceded in death by her parents, Bo and Carlene Cashman and her son-in-law, Jason Bowers. She is survived by her children, Casey Elgin White (Robert), Ashley Bowers and Scott Weaver (Michelle) as well as a host of grandchildren. Mrs. Elgin’s family will host a Memorial Service at the Amelia Porter Center located in Palisades Park, Oneonta on Saturday May 23, 2020 from 1:30-3:30 pm.
