Larry Grant Helms, age 74 of Killen, Alabama, died Sunday, March 22, 2020 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.
There will be a 10AM Graveside Service Thursday at Civitan Cemetery in Rogersville, Alabama. No Public Visitations is planned. Spry Funeral Home in Athens direct the services.
Mr. Helms was born December 23, 1945 in Morgan, County Alabama. He was owner and operator of H & T Cellular and Pawn along with Son-in-Law Tim Thacker. He was former owner of Helms Ambulance Service in Florence, Alabama.
Survivors: Wife: Joan Beddingfield Helms of Killen, AL, Son: Hollis Grant Helms of Killen, Daughters: Victoria Grace Helms of Florence and Genny Helms (Tim) Thacker of Killen, Grandchildren: Hollie Helms. Raven Helms, Anlei Helms. Lexi Thacker, Gemma Thacker and Matt Brown.
Proceeded in death by: Parents: L.C. and Jewell Helms, Brother: Charles Helms, Sister: Sue Jernigan.
