Bobby Gale McGill, a great soul, departed this life after an almost 82-year earthly pilgrimage. Bobby loved dearly his family and his Church family (Endville Baptist Church) and was a beloved community citizen and land owner in the Alpine Community of Union County, west of Guntown. He retired as a truck driver and was a faithful and loyal member of Endville Baptist Church. He was married for 42 years to the former Peggy Westmoreland McGill of the Endville Community. Born November 10, 1944 to the late Edd and Gladys Harper McGill, he graduated from East Union High School always holding dear his alma mater! Blessed with 5 children, Derek (Renee) McGill, Devin (Rebecca) McGill, Michael (Jennifer) McGill, Kim (Danny) Chism and Lane (Shawna) Davis and all their families, he was a proud husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Pended his release from the State Medical Examiner’s Office, Holland Funeral Directors will announce the visitation and funeral schedule, all of which will be held at Endville Baptist Church, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to be serving their friends and will have complete obituary at a later date.
