Mr. Charles William Gray, age 81 of Toney, AL passed away on Friday, March 20, 2020 at his home. Mr. Gray was born on March 25, 1938 in Jefferson County, TN to Silas Gray and Ina Holt Gray.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kenneth Gray.
Mr. Gray is survived by his wife Frances Gray; daughters, Cheryl Robertson (Phil), Rhonda Ward (Jason) and Angela Hastings (Brian); grandchildren, Kara Shepard (Nathan), Jill Robertson, Brynna Ward, Gray Robertson, Levi Ward, Chandler Hastings and Callie Hastings; brother, Cecil Gray (Nancy) and several nieces and nephews.
Due to current CDC guidelines dealing with COVID-19, there will be a private family visitation and private graveside service held for Mr. Gray. The family plans to hold a public memorial at a later date.
Pallbearers will be Jason Ward, Brian Hastings, Gray Robertson, Chandler Hastings, Walt Hazelwood and Billy Hall.
