Mary Ann Plattenburg Felton, age 89 of Decherd, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on July 28, 1930 to the late Hugh and Lillie (Snoddy) Plattenburg. Mary Ann was a devoted homemaker and a dedicated member of the Winchester Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Eugene Felton; and siblings, Stanley Plattenburg and Hughlene Reipen. Mary Ann is survived by her son, Victor H. (Debbie) Felton; grandson, Dallas (Jenny) Eugene Felton; and great-grandsons, Hunter Ethan Felton, Houston Miles Felton, and Parker Chase Felton; and sister-in-law, Shirley Plattenburg. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Bro.
