Billy Paul Skinner, 82, of Iuka, MS, died Sunday, March 8, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Skinner was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He was a retired electrician and was a 32-year member of the IBEW Local #852 in Corinth. He was also a mason and a member of the Burnsville Lodge #233 F&AM. Mr. Skinner loved fishing and bird hunting. He also enjoyed puzzles and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Linda Skinner of Iuka; one son, Bryan Skinner (Amy) of Atlanta, GA; three daughters, Etta Carden (Larry) of Iuka, Rebecca Whitehead (Jimmy) of Booneville, and Tammy Green of Iuka; two brothers, Bobby Skinner and Jerry Skinner (Dorothy), both of Iuka; seven grandchildren, Dalton Green, Stacie Ward (Paul), Anna Mears (Tim), Tyler Whitehead, Emily Dean, Jenny Beth Skinner, and Sam Skinner; and three great-grandchildren, Brentley Green, Kamryn Green, and Emma Ward. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stoney Paul and Artie Brown Skinner; and a daughter, Paula Skinner. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Ken Gardner. Interment will follow in Bishop Cemetery. Pallbearers include Joseph Skinner, William Skinner, Dave Pugh, James Colby, Tyler Whitehead, and Dalton Green. Honorary pallbearers include Thomas McCarley, Mike Drinkard, Jerry Bonds, and the members of the IBEW Local #852. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Monday, March 9, at Mt.
