Richard “Rickey” Dwayne Oliver, age 54 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born on September 15, 1965 in White City, Tennessee. He had been employed by the Tennessee Army National Guard. Rickey enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and spending time with his dogs. He is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Tracey Haggard Oliver of Winchester; children, Cheyenne Laine-Marie Oliver of Winchester, and Jesse Lee Dalton Oliver of California; parents, Charles Milton and Katie (Kilgore) Oliver of Decherd; siblings, Charles (Kenya) Oliver of Decherd, Michael (Penny) Oliver of Belvidere, Darrell (Daphne) Oliver of Winchester, and Charlotte Oliver; special uncle that was like a brother, Jeff Kilgore of Decherd; and grandson, Sawyer Dwayne Wilkinson of Winchester. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
