Billy Gene Crabtree 81, of Ardmore, TN died Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center, Lewisburg, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, January 15, 1939 in Madison Co., AL, he was the of John Lebert Crabtree and Velma Russell Crabtree.
He loved his family and friends, goats, guineas, and chickens.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Kenneth Ray Crabtree and Randall Eugene Crabtree; brother, Robert Earl Crabtree; sister, Rena Waddell.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma Crabtree, Ardmore, TN; daughter, Wanda Clark, Ardmore, TN; brother, Raymond Crabtree, Ardmore, TN; sister, Evelyn Green, Pulaski, TN; grandsons, Michael (Jenny) Clark and Seth Crabree; great grandchildren, Cade Clark and Olivia Clark,
A Visitation will be held Friday, February 28, 2020 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL with Bro. James Oliver and Bro. Harold Boggs officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
