Amos Ty Morris 48, of Decatur passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at his residence. Ty was born November 25, 1971 in Decatur, Alabama to Amos and Lynda Morris Jr. He was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amos and Nell Morris; Albert and Margaret Fisher Jr. He is survived by his parents; his brothers, Matthew Morris (April), John Morris (Adriane); two uncles, Albert “Al” Fisher III and Sidney Morris; nieces and nephews, Charlie Morris, Payton Morris, Joe Morris, Madison Morris and Mason Morris. Graveside service will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00am at Decatur City Cemetery with Reverend Sandra Locke Godbey officiating. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
