Scott Laird Gray Scott Laird Gray
November 6, 1982 – October 3, 2019

Coach Scottie passed away peacefully and has gone to play on our Lord’s hockey team. He will be remembered by his warm, caring personality and the joy he brought to every occasion.

His personal successes included coaching and mentoring future hockey players. Professionally he played hockey throughout America and Canada. He was the founder and soul proprietor of Twiggy’s Hockey Tape. Scottie was most proud of being a great little brother, an uncle to two wonderful kids, a real joy to his parents, his friends and especially his wonderful girlfriend.

Scottie leaves behind Catherine Gomez, the love of his life; parents, Richard and Jan Gray; sister, Jerri Gray; uncles, John Kuhn and Bruce Gray; nephew, Tyler; niece, Taylor, his faithful dog, BuddyC; and many good friends. God Bless you Scottie, skate hard, we know you are watching over us, and we will see you soon.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 7 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel.
