Bethany Ann Johnson Dyer passed away Wednesday, August 28 at the age of 82.
Beth graduated from Huntsville High and enjoyed keeping in touch with her classmates. She worked 33 years at Strategic Missile Defense Systems where she was awarded numerous outstanding achievement citations. Beth loved the many lifelong relationships she established at Covenant Presbyterian Church. She was an excellent bridge player.
Beth was predeceased by her husband, Henry Clay Dyer, sisters, Laverne Johnson Smith and Kathleen Johnson Sisco, and brother, Everette Eugene Johnson. She is survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held at from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4th followed by a memorial service at Covenant Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Mark Knowles officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stephen Ministries at Covenant Presbyterian Church.
