James D. Daniel went to his heavenly home on August 13, 2019 at the age of 91. He was born on January 20, 1928.
The Funeral will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 11:00am with Tommy Rosenblum and Ben May officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Willie Price Daniel. He is survived by his daughters, Cathy McBroom and Karen Blaskovits; son, Kevin Daniel; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, his special companion, Fay Nayman and one sister, Geraldine Flanagan. He was an honest, hardworking Christian man who loved God, family and friends. He was loved and respected by many.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
