Milton W. Prien, Jr., 88, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at The Meadows, Fulton, MS. He was born in Colby, WI and was retired from the U.S. Air Force after twenty-six years, serving in the Korean War and three tours in Vietnam. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, Golden, MS.
Services will be Friday, May 24, 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Golden, MS with Bro. Dean Warren officiating. Burial will be in Hodge Cemetery, Golden, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by four children – Linda Maxwell (Ronny) Dennis, MS, Larry Prien (Donna) and Leonard Prien (Liz) all of Golden, MS and Valerie Redmon (Mark) Edmond, OK; five grandchildren – Timothy Prien, Patrick Prien, Stephanie Eades, Michael Redmon and Kayla Blackshere (Kyle) and three great-grandchildren – Dustin Eades, Aaron Lee Prien and Kaydyn Buckley.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 6-9 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Golden, MS.
