With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Kip Lee Friday, who left this world on Friday, October 30, 2026, leaving behind a family and friends who loved him more than words could ever express.
Kip was a devoted husband, loving father, and Pops to two special little boys. Above all else, his family was his greatest blessing and the most important part of his life. He loved his wife, children, grandsons and family with everything he had, and there was never a question about how much they meant to him. His love was shown not only through his words but through the countless ways he cared for, protected, supported, and provided for those he loved.
Kip was a true outdoorsman who found happiness in the simple things in life. He loved deer hunting, fishing, and spending time enjoying the outdoors. These were more than just hobbies; they were passions that created memories and moments that his family will carry with them forever.
Those who knew Kip knew he had a heart of gold. He was the kind of man who would give anyone the shirt off his back without thinking twice. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, offer what he had, or be there for someone in need. His generosity, kindness, and love for others were just a few of the qualities that made him the special man he was.
Kip leaves behind his loving wife, Lisa Elrod Friday; his daughter, Kayla Friday; his son, Colton Friday (Jessie); Grandsons, Kaiden and Ryker; Brother, Kevin Friday; along with family and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.
Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in knowing that the love he gave us will never leave. His lessons will live on in the things he taught us, his laughter will forever echo in our memories, and his love will continue to guide us through the days ahead.
Your greatest legacy isn’t what you left behind, but the family you loved, the lives you touched, and the memories that will live on forever. We will miss you for the rest of our lives!
