Mark Landon Stephenson, 56 of Jasper, passed away Sunday February 10, 2019 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran; he attended Dora High School and was an avid Alabama football fan.
Funeral services will be Friday February 15, 2019 at 11:00 am in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Chris Stephenson will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday night 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Arlie Stephenson and his grandparents, Nellie and I.J. Stephenson and Ott and Gladys Miller.
Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Lori Stephenson; children, Landon Stephenson, Chris Stephenson (Jessica), Eric Waldrep and Wesley Waldrep (Heather); grandchildren, Lane and Carley Waldrep; mother, Helen Henson (Joe); brothers, Mike and Jerry Stephenson; sister, Donna Watson; mother in law, Pat Baldwin (Auburn Nethery); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
