Dwight Edward “Tiny” England, age 56, of Florence, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 6th beginning at 11 a.m. at New Hope Church of Christ with Carl Seigenthaler and Brad Aycock officiating. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
Dwight was a salesman at Helena Chemical Company, a farmer, and a member of Board of Directors with Alfa in Lauderdale County. He was also a member of New Hope Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Melinda England; his son, Chris Faulkner (Courtney); parents, Ralph and Frances England; father and mother- in-law, Milton and Barbara Hollis; sisters, Debra Russel (Dale), Ann England, Myra Kelley, Bonnie Pruitt (Ray); and granddaughter, Annistin Faulkner.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy England; and grandparents, Frank and Rebecca Smith, Berlin and Ruby England, and Ann Thorn.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
