Ruby Jean Ezell, age 86 of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Ezell was born June 8, 1932 in Limestone County to Wallace Hardaway and Eloise Marbut.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Ezell are Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Todd Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
She is survived by her son, Michael Ezell (Debbra); daughters, Janet Ezell O’Conner and Denise Eloise Ezell; sister, Miladean Slaughter; grandchildren, Brett Ezell (Beth), Keith Ezell (Jamie), Joey Wooldridge, Clint O’Conner (Sharon) and Gannon Curtis; great grandchildren, Bailey Wise (Zac), Brooke Ezell, Brenin Ezell, Sydney Ezell, Scott Ezell, Kase Curtis, Gage Curtis, Ellason Curtis, Luke Wooldridge and Marley Few; great-great grandchild, Leo Wise.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Athens.
Pallbearers are Brett Ezell, Case Curtis, Keith Ezell, Gage Curtis, Clint O’Conner and John Ewert.
