Jerold Wayde Kelley, age 70 of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Kelley was born April 5, 1948 in Limestone County to Fred Kelley, Sr. and Evie Barnes.
Services for Mr. Kelley are Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Donald Terry, Jimmy Lee Troup and Doyle Kelley officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2019 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sandlin Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Kelley; daughter, Teresa Lovell (Glen); grandsons, Coty Snoddy and Colby Ennis; granddaughter, Ashby Lovell; brother, Fred Kelley, Jr. (Carolyn).
Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sandra Ann Kelley; son, Franklin Jerold Kelley.
Pallbearers are Scott Callahan, Kenny Campbell, Allen Smith, Colby Ennis, Coty Snoddy, Kevin Blankenship and Michael Blankenship.
