William David Dawson, 59, electrician and owner of Woodbury Heating & Cooling, died Monday, December 31, 2018 at his residence in Woodbury, Tennessee, following his battle with cancer and heart disease.

The Maury County native was the son of Joyce Dawson of Columbia and the late W. D. Dawson. He was a loving son, brother, and father.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Teresa Dawson of Woodbury; children, Ashley Dawson of Smyrna and Corina Rector of Florida; brothers, Mike (Pam) Dawson and Mark (Sherry) Dawson, both of Columbia; sister, Brenda (Jimmy) Germann of Columbia; five grandchildren; aunt, Marie Odom; and several nieces and nephews.
