Danny B. Hargett, 73, of Sheffield, AL passed away Monday, December 24, 2018. He served in the Marines and Navy. He was a member of the Sheffield Chapter of the VFW. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at York Terrace Baptist Church of Sheffield on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 11-1 pm. Bro. Ray Osborn will conduct the Celebration of Life service at 1pm.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Dulcie Hargett; wife, Joyce Hargett; grandparents, Bo and Lucy Hargett.
He is survived by his sons, Kevin Hargett (Tonia) and Rodney Russell; and daughter, Pam Russell; grandchildren, Russell (Jamie) Carder, Caroline Hargett, Loren Carder, Blake Hargett, Matthew Russell, and Savannah Hargett.
Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
