Mary Donna Lee Irving Gray, 74, passed away Thursday. She was born in Lexington, KY to parents Marion G. Forman and Wallace E. Irving. She met and married Phillip N. Gray in March 1965 Falls Church Virginia. They had a son, Brian Thomas Gray of Mansfield, TX. Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Irving, in 2017. Survivors include her husband; son; and siblings, Jon Irving of Gainesville, GA, Michael Irving of Vernon, CT, and Patricia Ann Wenzel, of Norfolk, VA.
Donna had a 30 year career in Civil Service, retiring from MISC in 2008. Donna liked all things Scottish, going to Scottish Games, and traveled to Scotland four times with her husband.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 13550 Chaney Thompson RD SE, followed by a Columbarium Service. Father Phil O’Kennedy will officiate.
