Funeral service for Jean “Momma Jean” Briscoe, 66, will be Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glen Smallwood and Bro. Dewain Clemons officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Briscoe died on Thursday, November 30, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born October 25, 1952, in Morgan County to Horace Lee Kirkpatrick and Mary Elizabeth Slate. She was employed with the Hartselle City School System as a Bus Driver. She was affectionately known as “Momma Jean” to those who knew and loved her. Preceding her in death were her parents and a daughter: Melissa Ann Briscoe.
