James Franklin “Frankie” Moore was born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 1, 1941 the son of the late Woodrow Moore and Arva Lee Gray Moore Houston.
James was a handyman for the Savannah Courier for 33 years. He loved doing crafts, especially string art and painting by numbers.
James departed this life on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the age of 77 years, 5 months and 23 days.
He is survived by one sister, Jolene Hardin of Savannah, Tennessee.
