Margie Marie Gordon of Harvest, formerly of Douglas 1922 – 2018
Margie passed away peacefully at home and surrounded by family the evening of November 14, 2018.
She was born in Paris Texas on September 19, 1922.
During the war effort in 1943 she met her husband of 54 years, USAF pilot Gene M Gordon, at a factory where she packed parachutes.
She was the loving mother of four: Gene M Gordon II, Pamela Filkins , Marsha Maher, and Debra Lynn Hahn. The Grandmother of ten, the Great Grandmother of twelve, and the Great Great Grandmother of one.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, brother, husband, and daughter Pamela.
Viewing will be from 10-11a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
