Mrs. Sarah Ellen McCrary Evans, age 81 of Scottsboro passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Lands and Rev. Neal Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her children; Edward (Jackie) Evans, Patricia (Tommy) Freeman, sister; Judy Henderson, granddaughters; Kathy (Neil) Oliver, Kimberly (Justin) Ryan, Tammy (Chris) Brunton, grandson; Ezekiel (Daphne) Blowers, great granddaughter; Millie Kay Brunton, great grandson; Hezekiah Blowers, several nieces and nephews, brother in law; Howard Bell.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Howard Evans, parents; Grover and Ruth McCrary, grandson; Adam Wade Freeman, sisters; Ruby Prince, Betty Fay Bell, brothers; Billy Ray McCrary, Virgil McCrary, Johnny McCrary and Fred McCrary, children; Kathy and Dennis Evans.
