James Earl Lambert, 84 of Lacey’s Spring the Morgan City area, died Friday, October 12, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Lambert was born August 30, 1934 in Madison County to Issac B. Lambert and Lorinna Davis Lambert. He worked as a truck driver for Doris Lee Drapery’s until he retired. He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, gardening and watching Alabama Football.
Mr. Lambert was of the Baptist Faith and attended Highland Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Vivian Sharp Lambert; his sons: James E. Lambert Jr. and William Douglas Lambert and his daughter and son-in-law: Vivian Marie Shaver and Bobby Gene. He was preceded in death by his parents: Issac B. and Lorinna Lambert and his three sisters and one brother.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday October 14, 2018 at Union Grove Cemetery in Morgan City with Brothers: Freddie Childs and Larry Johnson officiating and Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
