A Catholic Funeral Mass from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM for Harriet Cascella Owen, 79, will be Monday, September 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church with Wyman Vintson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home and a visitation from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Monday at the Annunciation of the Lord Church.
Mrs. Owen died on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at East Alabama Medical Center. She was born March 14, 1939, in Pennsylvania to Samuel Ralph Cascella and Hattie Marie Stephenson Cascella. She was a Nurse for Hartselle Medical Center, and enjoyed nursing until the age of 72, when the hospital closed down. She loved arts and crafts, casino’s, and mostly loved to be with her family and her granddog “Belle”.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Gerald “Jerry” Owen and her parents.

Mary Jane Hodgson
Three Grandchildren and
One Great Grandchild
Pallbearers will be Jarrett Beasley, Casey Beasley, Jeff Luter, Nolan Owen and Wesley Owen.
In lieu of flowers: family requests donations be made to Hospice.
