Patricia Joan West, 66, died August 29, 2018. Visitation Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Chapel, Collinwood, with funeral to follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Burial in Railroad Cemetery. She was the wife of the late Andrew Junior West.
