Doris J.Barber, 79, of Mantachie, Mississippi, formerly of Russellville, Alabama, passed away July 27, 2018, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a native of Franklin County, Alabama, a retired nurse, and attended both New Harmony Church and Concord Baptist Church.
Graveside services for Ms. Barber will be Monday, July 30, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.
at Franklin Memory Gardens, Russellville.
Survivors include daughter, Tammy Wooldridge and husband Donnie; and son, Tony Barber and wife Donna; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Enix Oliver and Rosalee Rollins Oliver; granddaughter, Amanda Nichols; sisters, Betty Washington and Louise Britton; brother, Grady Junior Oliver; two nieces and one nephew.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
