Lonnie Ray Brooks, 69, of Vinemont passed away suddenly at his home Thursday, June 21, 2018. He was born March 22, 1949 to Frank and Julia Brooks.
Funeral services will be held at Moss Funeral Home with visitation Saturday June 23, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. for friends with services on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. with Brian Witcher officiating.
Lonnie was proceeded in death by his parents and a brother Bobby Brooks.
He is survived by his wife Linda Russell Brooks. Sister Judy (Jimmy) Fortenberry and a brother Alan (Wendy) Brooks. Daughters Dixie (Jerry) Richter, Michelle Brooks and Lisa (Gene) Mayfield. Sons Matt Badalucco and Sam Badalucco. Granddaughters Tiera Brooks, Amanda (Donny) Hall, Brittany (Jake) Harden. Grandsons Josh (Brittany) Wallace, Zachary Richter, Tyler Badalucco, Zachary Badalucco and Josh Badalucco. 4 great granddaughters and 3 great grandsons. Sister-in-laws Shirley Karl, Margaret (Rick) Cassell, Tona (David) Lashley and Terri (Jimmy) Hall. Nephew Tim (Kathy) Brooks and nieces Tina Brooks and Tiffany Brooks. 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
