Rickey E. Parrish, 66, of Tuscaloosa, went to be with our Lord on May 5, 2018 surrounded by family. A memorial service will be Sunday May 20th at 3 p.m. at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence with Brother Mike Martin officiating.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Gloria Parrish; mother, Laura Donaldson; sister, Gail Shelton (Dennis); daughter, Melissa Carter; grandson, Cade; five bonus children, Butch Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, Leisa Johnson, Scott Johnson and Sabrina Eaton.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Parrish; brother, Gerald and two grandchildren.
Rickey was a huge Hot Wheel collector and music enthusiast, as well as a Bama fan. Rickey loved his family. He was especially close to two grandsons, Aspen McMahill and Ace Eaton, as well as a special great-grand, Parker; and two special little girls, Mary Beth and Kaitlyn.
