Florence Continues to Celebrate Its Bicentennial with a Bicentennial Tree Dedication

FLORENCE – Mayor Steve Holt, the Florence City Council, and the Bicentennial Celebration Committee invite everyone to the Bicentennial Tree Dedication Ceremony.  The dedication is set for 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 27, 2018.  This is also National Arbor Day.  

The tree is planted in Deibert Park just past and to the right of the pavilion.  A Wildfire Black Gum tree, which is native to our area, was selected and donated by the Florence Beautification Board.

The public is invited to join us as we continue to celebrate our Bicentennial!
